Palette Color Switcher is a package developed by DoubleMThemes that allows theme builders to speed up the frontend color management setup for theme developers. It was integrated with xpalladium to create the Backend Color Manager of the theme.
If you are a newer Drupal user, you will find it very useful to change theme colors using the Drupal Color module API. If you are an advanced theme developer, you can just explore the package documentation, included with the downloadable package and detailing how to extend and create new editable colors setup on the end product.
